It lies within us, Happiness! Trying to find happiness in events or occasions will only make one short of peace and calmness. Because here, ego gets involved and feeds on our happiness and on our sense of fulfillment and appreciation. It keeps asking for more and more appreciation and fulfillment because it never actually gets satisfied in the first place. It travels at various level so when you cater to it at first level, it goes to next and needs attention again and so the levels are never ending.
